pika 兼容 redis7.4 hash 超时的命令

xcache中的实现：

1. pika现存的hash的value，基于 BaseDataValue 进行构建的，
2. 但是看了xcache中的实现，是利用 StringsValue 作为他们 ehash 的value值。
3. xcache中，是新建了一个ehash的类别，用于支持hash的field的过期时间。

工作量和方案：

1. 兼容redis 命令且不增加新的类型的前提下：
   1. 需要将现有的hash中的 key 的 实现 BaseDataValue 换成 StringsValue 实现，利用 StringsValue 的 timestamp 实现过期。
