[USABILITY] Wifi shield could give more feedback when connection to a network succeeds or fails

Connect to a wifi shield using a web browser. Hit "Configure WiFi". Select your network, enter the password and connect.

There is no feedback about whether the connection failed/succeeded/wrong password etc. What's worse, nothing changes until you reboot the device. The page does not suggest rebooting the device, and the device does not reboot on its own.

the only indication at the moment is from the LED on the board, correct?
if yes, perhaps a quick solution would be to have the WIFI manager say something like

"look at the LED and if it does this it means that, etc."
