Window too wide - can't reduce width to my screen's width (1080px)

Brief Description: I have screens that are 1080px wide. The OpenBazaar's window can't be reduced to that width.

Operating System (OS and version): Windows 10
OpenBazaar version: client 2.4.5, server 0.14.3

Reproducible Always

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open OpenBazaar.
2. Try to reduce the window to 1080px wide

Observed Behavior:

The window won't reduce below about 1200px.

Expected Behavior:

The window's width should be able to be reduced below 1000px.

I also noticed that if I maximized the window, the top-right window controls are all off the screen,s so I can't even un-minimize the window. I had to close and reopen the program.
