Basic Sticker Functionality

Sometimes my friends send stickers in our group chats, and I thought it would be nice if OpenBubbles would add support for sending along with receiving. It doesn't need to be anything advanced, it could just be a sticker in the reactions page, like the one in Google messages. I just want a way to add stickers to my friends messages.
