Chat background not syncing #162
Description
My friends like to change the chat background in our group chat, and I noticed that it doesn't sync with OpenBubbles. Also, there's an option to change the chat background, but it doesn't do anything for other people in the chat. Could you guys add this to OpenBubbles?
