Bad CPU type in executable

i went through getting the arm.deb on my iphone 5c running 10.3.3 but after getting through that running it in filza and terminal both fail. Terminal states "Bad CPU in executable". i am not super tech savvy, but asking chatgpt about it, it mentioned armv7 may be needed.
any tips on what to do next?

Relay server only supports arm64, which requires an iphone 6 or up.
