Changing a geometry does not remove existing surfaces/output data

Describe the bug
All data is retained, even after moving atoms

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any output file
2. Render a surface
3. Move some atoms around
4. See error

Expected behavior
Moving/manipulating a geometry from an output file should remove any data from the output and clear any surfaces.

Reproducible on Windows 11 as well with continuous release downloaded on 2/11/26 at ~7:30am
