Upgrade services to .NET 6 #375
Description
We need to upgrade our services to .NET 6. Currently the .NET 6 in in preview 3. We will start with one service and then gradually upgrade all of our services. This issue will be parent issue of the upgrade process and other service specific issues will be created one by one.
