Changing application_tags in Manage does not update in Access

If I delete Application Tags in Manage, I don't see this in the SURF Access GUI

In SURF Access, we distinguish between Application data (keywords, contacts, logo, description, and privacy statements) and connection data (ACS, redirect URLs, etc.) within an Application. If a change is made to the Application data in Access, it is propagated to all connections (e.g., entities) in Manage.
But what if a change is made to the Manage data that affects the Application data in Access? Support adds a keyword in Manage for an SP. This change should then also be propagated to the other Manage SPs belonging to the same Application in Manage. However, Manage has no concept of Applications.

@teunfransen discuss with @baszoetekouw how to deal with attributes defined in the Application in Access, but are copied to all connections (e.g. entities) in Manage. If application_tags are altered in Manage for one entity, how do we propagate this to the other entities of the application? The difference between applications and connections is only known in Access, not in Manage.
