Update for new Daffodil 4.0.0 Validation api changes

We've updated the validation api including things like name and we got rid of modes. We need to update this to be in line with the new changes. The TDMLRunner still uses on, off, limited, but Daffodil now understands xerces, daffodil, off...we need to see if changes are necessary for the validation boolean.
