[EC_HW] Add support to haf-ec-service for orion platform #648
Description
Add new target for Orion O6 target to open source solution for haf-ec-service so we can build target and boots into main function.
Add documentation to ODP so anyone can easily order the board download source and build ODP haf-ec-service target for Orion O6 and use for testing and validation.
