hswidget/dt1widget: add keyboard shortcuts for switching tile groups #329
Description
currently in hswindow/hseditor/hsdt1editor.RegisterKeyboardShortcuts is a commented block of code, which was used for switching between tile groups in dt1widget. We need to do something with this code.
