Massive partial response lag #2423
Description
There is something that causes every action to respond with extreme delay in various circumstances. It feels somewhat network/bandwidth related?
Notable example is starting up supermatter engine on Paradise - every action around it can take almost a minute to resolve, be it clicking on things, or using context menu, or even just the sidebar actions and say
Weirdly enough movement is not affected, and you can just walk out of the affected area in real time, and get normal response time back. Doors still block you with proper response time after which you can walk away, you just don’t see them update.
Shift+F3 isn’t showing anything too notable, but I lack enough networking knowledge to tell
