Associative lists with 50+ keys don't show up properly in the inspector

Attempting to inspect an associative list with 52 keys showed only 50 keys and their values.
I think this is probably just a bug in the way the list items are counted somewhere, since it's split into [0..99] and [100..103] but the second category is empty and the first shows only the first 50 keys and their values.
