"-CompileDmodel" in DriverLevelTool

Using the "-CompileDmodel" argument prints "Level name must be specified!" regardless of if the input, output and denting parameters are all there.  looking through the source i can't figure out how to specify a level name in a way the program will understand and there isn't any documentation for this feature.

Also the final two lines in the PrintCommandLineArguments method don't print.
