--scale also scales the altitude

What is the problem?

When specifying for example --scale 100 --alt 17 the resulting model will be located at a height of 1700 meters.

What should be the expected behavior?

The altitude should not be scaled. I would assume the order of scaling and setting the altitude just needs to be reversed.
