Remove codacy badge for old repo; fix travis badge

Remove the codacy badge that was for the ESP8266_WiFi_v2 repo.
Fix the url for the Travis CI badge svg; it was `/ESP32_WiFi_V3.svg`
when it should've been `/ESP32_WiFi_V3.x.svg`.
