Filter measurements by branch

In the graph and table view for a concrete benchmark we need to add a combobox "branch" that has by default "all". Like for the other comboboxes we need a rest endpoint that provides all possible branches for a benchmark. It should be a "multi-select" Combobox so that a user can select 0-N branches.
