Extend Unit in OEO #2175
Description
We need to extend the length unit with:
- Distance length unit: a sub-class of the length unit.
- Vehicle kilometer: a sub class of the Distance length unit.
Vehicle kilometer: Unit of measurement representing the movement of a vehicle over one kilometre. The distance to be considered is the distance actually run. It includes movements of empty vehicles.
