Re-ordering datasets stops working

After re-ordering an item in a dataset, I cannot click on the three dots beside the dataset item.

I notice the following console error in my browser:

action-list.js:41 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'show')

To reproduce:

1. Open the SCD file Unable_to_reorder_Dataset.scd.zip
2. Reorder an attribute by clicking the three dots, e.g. move up.
3. Click on the three dots again
4. Receive error

I think something is not updating correctly
