Display description information on published values.

It would be great to show the cascaded descriptions of the LDevice > LN > DOI on the sending device in the subscription mapping screen that the user sees when clicking on a control block.

This is particularly useful where devices do not have "good" semantics and use GGIO extensively, in which case the description allows human-friendly description of the signals.
