ConnectedAP editor wizard not scoped to Address node

Identical to openscd/open-scd#1123

The edit wizard should be limited to the ConnectedAP node (editing attributes apName and redProt) and the Address child node.

The impact of this is that when we save anything we get the VLAN-ID and VLAN-PRIORITY to the Address element even when it is not wanted or required.

We would be very grateful if the one-line fix from https://github.com/openscd/open-scd/pull/1124/files#diff-e7d5c8087b01bd918994838ff38bd15b3200be3171c9ca66509b585f0dd714bfR334 could be applied.
