AI assistant style: weird tensing when attaching suggestions

If I ask the assistant something, it'll return text and a code snippet

The tensing on this reply feels super wierd though. It says "I will update the code" rather than "I have updated the code". Or even "Here's a suggested update to the code"

Because the UI treats suggestions as, well, suggestions, I think we need to calibrate the assistant to respond in kind
