Hi,
I'm Ibrahim. This seems like a cool project and I'd like to contribute however when trying to install the development environment with mamba env create -n alchemicalscale -f devtools/conda-envs/test.yml I ran into the following error.

Could not solve for environment specs
The following package could not be installed
└─ py2neo is not installable because it requires
   └─ neobolt <1.8,>=1.7.3 , which does not exist (perhaps a missing channel)

This happened on both my M1 Mac as well as on a linux virtual machine.

Hi Ibrahim, welcome to the project, and apologies for the delay! I've had a travel-heavy month and missed your message.

I'm unable to reproduce this using micromamba. Can you perhaps try using micromamba instead of mamba and see if this changes your result? For reference, my workstation is running current Arch Linux.
