Bidirectional Arduino Communication

Is it possible to establish bidirectional communication between Arduino and Gamma MCA?
Can we add an input box where I can type numbers and send them to Arduino?
Current setup:

• Arduino sends spectrum data via serial ✅
• Want to send commands back to Arduino (HV, threshold, start/stop)???

Yes, you can send and receive commands from the serial console, works with all serial capable devices.
