the data size of raw data effected fusion result #40
Description
Hi,I cut off my raw data fastq to 300M(1000X),and use gene fuse to detect. The result was negative, no fusion detected. Using genefuse to detect 2G of my raw data , genefuse gets a lot of fusion results. Maybe the size of data effected genefuse.
