Returned many false positive results #20
Description
Hi, I used fastv to do a virus detection. I have many fasta files of different viruses and used a loop to let fastv detect whether each virus exists in the sample. But fastv returned many false positive results. What could be the potential reason behind this? Could it be that I did not use a file that contains all the viruses I want fastv to check?
