Quality of Life Improvments

• Add Opacity Section the map legend so multiple layers can easily have their opacity adjusted. I could also make it so that there is a default un-expanded view for a map layer that allows adjusting opacity quickly. The opacity slider for vector layers should adjust all opacity values at the same time.
• Add Legend display section to vector/raster/netcdf layers to disable the Legend for different types if needed. I.E we don't need to indicate the lines for polygons are all black.
• Remove the Indicators button and functionality from the system.
• Default to having the main vector styling have the individual items single selectable with a cyan highlight color where the highest level item is selectable (Extrusion -> polygon -> points -> lines). It's something that is turned on frequently that should be done automatically.
• Refactor the selection and selection color so they are collected in the view
• Add static color adjustment to the main interface and prevent requiring opening a new dialog
• Query Params for Center, Zoom point, enabled Map Layers in order with their visibility/opacity

Update as of pr #24 :

• I've added the opacity section to the map legend along with a slider for netcdf data to adjust it.
• Added the ability to disable legends for the individual vector fields in VectorMap LAyers
• I've removed the indicators button and references
• The vector styling now makes it so any visible features are single selectable by default.
• Selection color is closer to selection now
• Added static color adjustment to the main coloring view
