Refined more info screen for vacuum cleaners

Problem statement

We recently introduced segments cleaning feature, but the more info dialog of the vacuum entity does not allow you to use it!
On top of this, the more info screen of vacuum cleaners deserves a lot of love, as the style is very much outdated

Scope & Boundaries

In Scope

• Purely cosmetic changes to the more info screen of the vacuum domain.
• Bring the whole dialog to a more coherent style with the recently designed more info screens (Cover, Thermostat, Light, etc)
• Expose the segment cleaning feature on the more info screen.

Out of scope

• Any changes to the domain model itself.
• Vacuum map, as we don't have these yet.

Robot lawn mower have a very similar outdated UI and would benefit from a similar UI refresh too. Maybe that can be done i one go

Yeah, once vacuum UI is validated, we can replicate it to lawn mower.
