How can you save/load memory configs?

I have flashed my FS-i6X, and then setup my RC got everything great. I'm trying to transfer everything over to another FS-i6X now, but when I save the .bin file, and load it into a new radio it doesnt copy any memory/settings over, how do I do that?

You have to enable USB Storage mode and then, from new drive that will show up, copy eeprom.bin.
