📖🚮：clear the Latin out of the news archive

Ten of the eleven posts were placeholder Latin, spread over four pages
of the archive, and the front page now sends people to it. What is left
is the one post that says something.

The ignore entry naming those files goes with them, and so do the five
dictionary words that existed to spell them: nothing else in the
repository uses Corge, Garply, Grault, Quux or metasyntactic.

The archive is one page now, so the pagination has nothing to number.
