Assistance with configuring JMX Exporter

I’m trying to configure JMX Exporter to collect OpenAM metrics in Prometheus, but I’m running into issues. I’m using the Java agent exporter in HTTP mode and have configured it at Tomcat startup, but I only see JVM metrics, not OpenAM metrics. In the exporter’s rules, I’m using:
- pattern: ".*"
which should show everything available. Does anyone have experience configuring the JMX Exporter for this?
