Nested Groups: Is it possible to create a dynamic group of static groups?

Please note I am using OpenDJ from this repo v4.6.1.

I have been testing Nested groups as documented and although I was able to set up a "Dynamic Group of Dynamic Groups", it does not seem to work if I create a "Dynamic Group of Static Groups".

Therefore are "The Big Shots" group members in the documentation dynamic groups?

In more general speaking how can I implement hierarchical groups, for example:

• GroupA = GroupB + GroupC
• UserA belongs to GroupB therefore they also belong to GroupA
• isMemberOf should display membership of GroupA and GroupB
• Or otherwise GroupA to expand GroupB + GroupC members as direct members

Does OpenDJ have any Directory Traversing operator that would flatten groups when queried?
