OpenDJ 4.9 an error occurred when ldapmodify was used in jdbc backend

When I used OpenDJ 4.9 and configured backend as jdbc, the following error occurred after I executed ldapmodify

Processing ADD request for uid=TEST0001,cn=users,dc=example,dc=com
The LDAP modify request failed: 80 (Other)
Additional Information:  java.lang.RuntimeException:
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: This connection has been closed.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
