[Bug] Auto join preference not saved

What happened?

I have a network that I do not want to auto join and connect only when I tell HeliPort to, so I unticked the Auto Join checkbox for that network Networks tab. The problem is if I connect again after password is saved, the Auto Join checkbox will get ticked again.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Connect & save a network
2. Inside preference -> Networks tab untick Auto Join for that network
3. Disconnect from it by selecting Disconnect from [network name]
4. Connect to it again
5. Close and open preference -> Networks tab again, observe that Auto Join box is checked again

One more thing: disabling wifi does not seem to preserve across reboots
