3.0.0 in Document Not found

I tried to update my OpenLiberty example project via the following doc:

But 3.0.0 is not found while running the tests.

Not sure when that got updated...it should be a snapshot as it has not been released yet. So it should say 3.0.0-SNAPSHOT.
