Clean up and reorganize the LSP4IJ integration tests

Currently lot of failures occur in the Cron Job builds. Investigate the possible causes and clean up the builds.

This issue is also intended to address the test redesign and think about other alternatives for how we can group our tests. It would also be good to look into ways to limit hard coding where possible when putting together the list of test groups. Refer to #1308 and #1456.

These are the changes made for this Issue - main...anusreelakshmi934:liberty-tools-intellij:refs/heads/clean-up-cron-job.
Updated the cron jobs and split them into three separate workflow files for each OS. I’ve also reduced the number of cron jobs by running LSP4IJ PRs only against the LTI main tag, and running the LSP4IJ main branch against all tags. Changed the time which it runs as - cronJob-linux.yaml runs on Monday and Thursday, cronJob-windows.yaml runs on Tuesday and Friday and cronJob-mac.yaml runs on Wednesday.
