fix(ios-ci):Implement file opening functionality using open_filex plugin

- Add open_filex dependency to handle cross-platform file opening
- Replace platform-specific file opening logic with unified open_filex implementation
- Add comprehensive error handling for different file opening scenarios
- Implement file location dialog for cases where no app can open the file
- Add const keywords throughout UI components for better performance
- Fix shell script condition for checking Go files existence
