Null bogie/body

In the DAT, setting a component's bogie or body index to 255 indicates a null value. The plugin should have a way to specify this and not render those. Blender is useful for calculating the lengths and sizes of components and bodies, not all of which should be rendered.

There is kind of a hack to do this, just set both bogies to "copy of another bogie," but the bogie index will still be incorrect. Not a big deal because it's just informational right now, but if there's ever better integration with the object editor, this should be properly supported.
