Symmetric vehicles should render so that the model changes it's actual direction when it is facing directly toward the camera, so that the same side of the car is always seen by the camera. Currently, the other side of the car is seen on sprite 25 to 31. If procedural noise is different between the two sides, the reflections will "snap" when going from sprite 31 to 0 and reverse.
