Object service stores 'missing' objects #189

A feature suggestion/extension for the API which could be of some use down the line would be a REST endpoint to send checksum + names which were missing, and keep counters. It could open the doors to a curated list of known missing objects. That would be the backbone of hosting scenario files and their objects, and having the ability to know in advance if they are currently fully playable or not
