Animated industry image effects don't have image table written correctly #200
Description
Industry objects had valid-but-incorrect image tables written when it has animated effects. This affected the 3 industries that have those effects - COALPS, FACTORY, and OILREFIN. This was found since the unit tests now check graphical elements are written to file with the same bytes as were read from it originally.
