PyGeo 1.17 better than 1.15 for recommended Version with support of MPhys 2.0

In pygeo 1.17 an issue to MPhys 2.0 is solved and support to MPhys 2.0 is added.

So version 1.17 should be recommended. Not 1.15.

Also other software was updated.
Taucs 3.8.0 -> 3.9.2
Pycycle 4.3.0 -> 4.4.0
FunToFem 0.3.8 -> 0.3.9
OpenAeroStruct 2.9.1 -> 2.12.0 with some Numpy 2.x fixes
Dafoam 3.2.0 -> 4.0.3 (i see no release of 3.2.0 at Dafoam. 3.0.0 to 3.0.6, 3.1.0 to 3.1.2 and 4.0.0 to 4.0.3 available)
ADflow 2.12.0 -> 2.12.1

So perhaps more updates in recommended version in readme.md
