I would like to confirm: In the pyopenms project, when using the ffm feature detection algorithm, can the detected features display both intensity and height at the same time?

Currently, it seems that only one of these two (either intensity or height) can be selected for display. Is there a way to show both simultaneously?

I am afraid you are right because a feature has only one "quantity" field to be used later for peptide/metabolite quantification.
Have you checked some metavalues of the feature? Sometimes additional information is stored there.
