Unify Example Data UX in TOPP and pyOpenMS Workflows

Currently the example data in the OpenMS TOPP Workflow is loaded when no files are selected in the File Upload section, while in the pyOpenMS workflow the user has to navigate to the Example Data tab and press the "Load Example Data" button.

The pyOpenMS workflow should be adjusted to behave like the TOPP workflow (i.e. the File Upload pages should look identical).
