Admin order Features Request

I know i magento 1 orders can't be edited by default.
This can be changed on Branch V20 with the fallowing Features
#1 admin order able to edit
-ordered items qty
-ordered items price
-add new item
-remove an item
#2 payments
When creating invoice update outstanding payment
-pay in full
-pay fixed amount
-pay percentage of the total order
also select payment method
-cash,
-check
-PayPal

#3 Option to add a discount or markup on order amount
-percentage
-fixed price
