Redirect HTTP to HTTPS

I would like to have the ability to set a 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS via webgui. More often the need is a redirect, not just only SSL. Now you have to manually split the config virtual hosts for HTTP and HTTPS, and add redirect. I think it would be a nice addition to functionality.

Had the same issue today, setting up pydio so it only accepts secure connections (for obvious reasons) Based on the info extracted from here: https://serverfault.com/questions/250476/how-to-force-or-redirect-to-ssl-in-nginx it seems that it is not neccesary to split the config, which should make it trivial to add. This is what I've used and works flawlessly. It is not the most efficient though since it will trigger the check on every request, instead of just changing only the http requests, but it does not involve splitting the config.

    return 301 https://$server_name$request_uri;
}

Still would be neat to add a switch on general to redirect or even just a textbox so you can add your custom lines to the server portion of the file.
