omv-writecache-flush.service not running on Shutdown

Hi Aaron!

For some reason, it's not flushing, or not completely flushing, before shutdown, so the RRD data (performance statistics data) isn't being saved, even though 'Flush on shutdown' is selected. However, manual flushing works perfectly (RRD data ist complete). It seems that omv-writecache-flush.service isn't starting at all, or it's being terminated by systemd due to a conflict with umount.target.

Could you please check this?
