switch to Debian as base for dev and prod

Goals:

• run/debug OpenX32 local on PC in a Debian 32 Bit armel environment
• use the same environment to build the firmware image for OpenX32 -> no more static builds necessary -> reduced binary size

Todo:

• setup local dev environment with static qemu and chroot
• compile OpenX32 nonstatic and execute using qemu/chroot
• build openx32.run image with barebox, linux kernel and the debian environment as initrd

setup up fresh debian chroot usin qemu

sudo apt-get install debootstrap
sudo apt-get install qemu-user-static

sudo debootstrap --foreign --arch=armel stable debian-stable-root
sudo cp /usr/bin/qemu-armel-static debian-stable-root/usr/bin/
sudo cp /etc/resolv.conf debian-stable-root/etc/

sudo chroot debian-stable-root/

# /debootstrap/debootstrap --second-stage
# passwd -d root
# passwd root

Isn't Debian going to use too many resources?

Wouldn't OpenWRT as a target be a better choice. (I don't have nothing against Debian, in a matter of fact, I use Devuan, which a clone of Debian on my main PC...)
