More Examples Please

To Whoever has admin power to approve pull requests...

Are you guys open to additional examples? I could come up with some good ones. Currently, in the "examples" folder there are a few for llama2 and llama3, which are way outdated. If you're at all open to additional examples I can make some pull requests and they can be approved on a case-by-case basis, but if nobody's even interested I don't want to spend the time. Please let me know!

Hello. My suggestions:

• If you think that the llama 3 can update it got for it.
• Llama 2 may be can be removed and switch to Gemma 3 or Qween that are more modern alternatives
• We are missing documentation on how to use external tools with LLMs: https://opennmt.net/CTranslate2/generation.html, same level than streaming.

I have not test external tool calling myself yet.
